I am looking for a cousin whom I guess to be born around 1984 to 1986 possibly in Pictou County‚ Nova Scotia. The mother I believe was young‚ perhaps 16‚ she was born in May of 1968 I think. No one has mentioned of this except my father and I have no other details unfortunately.
