I’m looking for my baby sister. She was born as Jessie Roxzena Dykens. She was adopted out of child and family services. She is a half black child. Her father is Roger Elms and our mother is Robyn Ritchot. She would of just turned 15 back in august. She was adopted out of Truro Nova Scotia. I just want to be able to reconnect with my baby sister so she can know myself, her nieces and nephews, and brother in law. I miss my baby sister.
