Searching for birth son, born October 30, 1970 at Grace Maternity Hospital, Halifax, NS. His birth name was Noel Allan Jacques. I lived at the Home of the Guardian Angel but adoption handled by Dept. of Social Services. I think his adopted name was Stephen. Social Worker was Ruth Baxter. Adoption finalized in 1971. Sent him a letter in 1994 via dept of social services, gave him my name of Paula and my daughter’s names of Courtnaye and Stacey.
