Hi I’m searching for information about my Nan her name was Ivy Wright she was adopted we think she was born in London. She was adopted by the wright family Emily and Thomas wright in Nottinghamshire she appears on the census 1939 with their family age 7 . I have no info about anything before her adoption other than rumours I know she was adopted twice but we think it was within the same family rumours said she was adopted by one member of the Wright family then re adopted by their brother Thomas and his wife. I know how vague this is needle in a haystack but hoping it might ring some bells for someone somewhere. Thankyou
