I was born in Mandan North Dakota. All I know about my birth parents is my mother Was born in 1959 She is half Icelandic half German she is Catholic. Her grandfather died from a heart attack at age 60. She is 5’5 with brown hair and brown eyes. My biological father was born in 1954 he is Icelandic and Lutheran. He is 5’9 Hazel eyes and Light brown hair. I was adopted through Lutheran Family Services North Dakota. There is a possibility they are from the area of Mountain ND. Howard Oppegard was the area supervisor and Robert Hartl was the adoption attorney. This is the only information I have. I have connected with first cousins once removed - second cousins through DNA services, 23 and Me and MyHeritage. I am not seeking anything from my birth parents other than knowledge of where I come from and connecting with my history.
