I am searching for my biological father. I was born in Rugby, ND in January of 1991. I was raised by my biological mother, but never met my biological father. I know his name, that he is around the same age as my mother, where my mother and real father lived before I was born. I do have a picture of him, he was around 18 years old in the pictures, and it was a picture from my mother and biological fathers wedding.
