I am searching for my sister who was born in 1962 in Fargo, ND and was adopted through Catholic Family Services - We share the same birth mother. The Adoption Agency is unable to do a search for me without our birth mother’s consent since I know her identity (legal liability). I would LOVE to reunite with my BIG SISTER, but have no other identifying information to help locate her.
