I have a cousin who I was told was born months before me and my aunt who wasn’t married to my uncle at the time. His parents did not agree that they should marry so my aunt went away from home and had the baby and gave it away. They did eventually marry and had another birth son and adopted one . Mom was Dianne Novak and dad was Richard Marquart. Mom was from Minot North Dakota. He was born in another city in North Dakota. I hope I can find him because we have genetic diseases that I want him to be aware of. I wasn’t told the exact date of birth so I am not convinced I will ever find him.
