I am searching for a half sister that my mom gave up for adoption at birth when she was 16. My mom’s name at the time was Linda Smith. Sister’s name at birth was Baby Girl Smith. Born in Raleigh, NC at WakeMed hospital. I dont have much information but I believe my sister was born in September of 1987. Many years ago I found a copy of the birth certificate and baby footprints as well as some letters from the adoptive family, which is how I found out about my sister. I dont have access to these documents now.
