Twin girls looking for birth parents or other family. Twins born 01/11/71‚ in or near Mecklenburg County‚ Charlotte‚ NC. Adopted very soon after birth through Charlotte Catholic Social Services‚ now known as Catholic Charities Diocese of Charlotte. Birthmother - 20 yrs old or so at time of birth‚ 5'6" tall‚ 110lbs‚ brown eyes‚ brown hair & olive skin. Catholic‚ Born in Italy‚ College graduate‚ elementary school teacher. 4 Siblings - Sister 4 yrs older‚ college student & secretary. Sister 2 yrs older - secretary‚ Brother 2yrs younger in seminary. Brother 9 yrs younger. Family not aware of pregnancy. Invited to U.S. by friends in 1970 and possibly stayed with friend prior to giving birth. Birth father - 24 yrs old‚ 5'8"‚ 160 lbs‚ light brown hair & brown eyes. Protestant‚ 2 older brothers‚ German descent. In Military‚ stationed in Italy‚ air traffic controller in late 60's to 1970. Left around 1970 to travel Europe. Described as very intelligent but with a moody disposition. Birthmother unable to locate him.
