Child was born to (my mother) Iris Webb in Charlotte, NC in Memorial Hospital. Mother is deceased and found out she had a boy child before me and a girl child after me. I have been able to find and make contact with my sister but unable to get more information on my brother. Would very much like to make contact. His birth certificate does not have his name just "baby boy Webb" Thank you in advance for any information you can give me to continue my search.
