Their last names at the time of birth may have been Stovall or Kennell or Neal. The most likely birth area was FL or Hampton Roads‚ VA (Newport NEws‚ Norfolk‚ Hampton) These adoptions might have been completed 7 years later after birth‚ like mine‚ due to abandonment.
