My mother was born Tammy Irene Moore & was adopted at age 5 then became Tammy Louise Costner. I know her biological parents' names is Maynard Lee Moore Senior and her mother Lillian Irene Tart Moore if they are both deceased. I know she has a biological brother named Maynard Lee Moore Junior but he wants nothing to do with us because he was raised by his grandparents. So I'm trying to find a relative of either Maynard or Lillian that can give me some medical background for both sides of the family because I have a lot of medical issues that I was born with. If anyone can give me any information it would be greatly appreciated.
