I was adopted shortly after my birth on February 19, 1962 through Gaston County Social Services. I’ve always known I was adopted and was raised by exceptional parents. Believe me, I have been blessed. I also know somewhere either near or far, there are birth family members I would so enjoy meeting, but only if they agree. Hopefully one day this will happen.
