Trying desperately to help my cousin who was given up for adoption 4 days after she was born. Birthdate 5/6/73 in Greensboro NC. Her mother was born in 1976 and was 27 years old at the time. We believe her last name might have been Tester. Mother was Caucasian and father African American. We have done Ancestry, but nothing really.
