I am Tammy Renee Houston(Vickers) and I was born January 18‚1972. I was placed in foster care at birth and adopted at age 5 in 1977 by Sarah Houston. I was in foster care with 5 boys‚ who I am not sure if they were biological brothers or other children in foster care. My adoptive mother was the first African-American single parent adoption for the entire state of NC. I am seeking to locate my biological parents and also determine if I have other siblings as well. My adoptive mother has given her blessing for me to try and locate my biological family if possible. I do not have much information to go on and I am not sure my biological mother is still alive at all and I know nothing regarding my biological father.
