Looking for my sister Unice Michelle Oates born Jan 8 1975 in Clinton (Sampson County) North Carolina. Our mother was Mary Louise Boone born in 1954. We were placed in the foster care system as children & were together initially but later were separated in the system. Would like to find "Michelle" as I have not seen her since we were children. I am uncertain if she was ever adopted at all‚ but since she was younger she might have been. Her birth certificate indicated her father was Willie Albert Oates. We had another sibling born after us who was also probably adopted‚ Daniel Boone.
