I would like to find my son. He is 42 years old. He was born at 11:59 a.m. on November 2nd 1979 at Memorial Mission Hospital in Asheville‚ North Carolina. I am his biological mother‚ Heather Hamilton. The Children’s Home Soceity assisted with the adoption. Mary Alice Sisk was the case worker working for the Children’s Home Soceity. It was the "year of the child" records were still locked. I wrote letters to him and passed them on to the agency. They were never answered by the birth parents‚ or him. He may have never seen them. For months prior to his birth‚ I planned every part of his life I would not get to share. I wrote every detail I wanted regarding his care. His father‚ Greg Fohman abandoned me and we were not married. I had little money‚ I had planned to go to college and my parents refused to help me support my baby. With all the heartbreak I have been through in my life‚ this ranks as the most difficult to heal from. I am only comforted I feel I did my best to bring him into this world healthy and whole and find a loving home for him with two parents who could well afford to take care of him but could not have children. I pray on his birthday and so many years of heartache and longing for me‚ he has lived a good life. I miss him more than I would the sun‚ my son. I hope you can help me find him. Heather Hamilton
