Hi there, I am searching on behalf of my grandmother who would be the birth mother for this purpose. Her parents shipped her off to some kind of institute for the last months of her pregnancy and to deliver the baby. We think she gave birth in January 1967 in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was around 15 years old and does not know where the actual adoption took place, only where she relinquished her rights.
