Im searching for my father’s birth mother‚ father‚ and family. He was born December 14th 1970 Somewhere in North Carolina I believe it began with a W but not positive. I was told he was adopted when he was 2 years old by his adoptive parents (Maria Ballard & Earl Ballard) and brought him to live in Columbia South Carolina. They named him (Maximilian Earl Ballard) They already had a 3 year old daughter who they previously adopted as well named Diana Ballard. My father passed away when I was 18 on February 5th 2008 he was 42 years old. His adoptive birth certificate says he was Caucasian but I believe he was half indian and white. He had tan skin with dark brown thick hair‚ crystal blue eyes‚ 5’9 in height‚ pretty stalky like a football player with wide feet. The only other information I was told about his maternal mom was that she was like 16 years old and didn’t want him.
