I am searching for a half-sibling, born in Charlotte, NC/Mecklenburg County, sometime 1960-1962. Birth mother’s name would have been Virginia Mae Kiser my half-sibling was adopted through Florence Crittenton Services in Charlotte. I don’t have any more information than that - my mother has since passed away, as has her sister - and they were the only two who knew the details of this adoption.
