Hi‚ I’m searching for my son. He was born March 31‚ 1996 at a Naval Hospital‚ Onslow County‚ NC. I was an active duty Marine‚ 19 years old and Asian descent. My son’s father was also a Marine‚ 21 years old and Caucasian descent. Due to our limited finances‚ incompetence and lack of compatibility‚ I made the decision to give our son up for adoption to the Catholic Diocese of Raleigh‚ NC. I was shared a few profiles of potential families but not sure if the one I chose ever became my son’s forever family‚ I still have the typed profiles. The birth certificate read Baby Boy Huang even though I named him Drew and passed that name along to the representative from Diocese. I did spend time with my son before I relinquished my rights as a failed attempt to see if I was equipped to handle a newborn. Unfortunately‚ I was not. I am hoping to put this information out there so that my son may have the internet to readily search for me‚ I am listed on multiple adoption website. It is with a heavy heart that I never knew if my son is safe‚ healthy‚ happy and loved by those in his life. I do not want to impose on his life but I do want him to know he has been loved and prayed for all his life.
