I am trying to find my adopted daughter’s biological mother. She was around 15‚ I think. The biological mother’s father was a marine‚ I think. I know he was in one of our branches of the military. Her mother had died of cancer. She had a little sister who was 9 at the time‚ I’m pretty sure. My daughter’s name was Baby Girl Angela‚ at the time she was in foster care with Carteret County‚ North Carolina Dept. pf Social Services. Please help me find my adopted daughter’s biological mother.
