I was born at Duke University Medical in 1959. Only background state adoption records said was. ....Both parents were of young age and in good health.....My adopted parents JACK & LOUISE PALMER‚ met and talked to my birth parents before I was born. I was never told this before both adopted parents died. .....I was adopted in Cleveland County‚North Carolina‚ through DSS in Cleveland County. I have conflicting info on birth place‚ some family say at Duke Hospital‚ some say Cleveland Memorial Hospital in Shelby.
