I gave birth to my son in Mecklenburg County in Charlotte, NC on September 17, 1991 at CMC hospital. At the time of his birth we lived in Monroe, NC. I don’t know if his birth name is anything that he is aware of but just in case, he was born Alexander Michael Strout. I was very young when he was born and was in foster care myself. I did my very best but at the age of 17, when my son was about a year and a half I made the difficult decision to place him for adoption in the hopes of giving him the best chance at a good and stable life. I wanted to put this information out here so that he has a better chance to find me if he so chooses. I do not want to disrupt his life or cause him any pain but I am here with open arms and still carrying with me all the love I have held for him since the day he was born.
