The baby girl was probably born in and adopted in the Raleigh area in March of 1969. Her adopted family lived in Raleigh and their last name was Dail. I am trying to find the baby girl’s mother on behalf of her biological grandchildren. They would love to get to know their mother’s side of the family! The baby girl’s father’s name was Neil Allen Byrd & he also lived in Raleigh. He and the birth mother supposedly worked at Gay & Taylor Insurance firm.
