I was born in Charlotte, NC due to my birth mother going to a home for unwed mothers while she was pregnant with me. My adoptive parents were in Durham and DCSS brought me here for them to be with them. I would like to know more about my birth parents to know about medical history. I recently was at stage 4 thyroid cancer and had no clue I had it. It was caught in time. I would like to know more for my kids. Also just to know how my birth parents turned out.
