I am a birthmother in search of my son. DOB 6/20/92 in Winston-Salem‚ NC at Forsyth Memorial Hospital. The agency involved was Family Services in Winston- Salem. Adoptions at this time were all closed‚ so that I only knew the “profile” of the adoptive parents. Supposedly‚ they were both in the medical field. We exchanged pictures and letters for the first few years however‚ I am sure the agency redacted identifying information. Someone knows this guy and knows if he wants to find me. :)
