Baby boy born on or about 4-19-1944. Have been told birth state was North Carolina in Rocky Mount. Was baptized however in Long Beach, CA. Adoptive parents names were Grover and Mary Turner. Have been told the mother died at birth. But that may not be true. Baptized as Victor Cleveland Turner. Was adopted again in 1954 by Jim and Mamie Spruill. Jim was the brother of Mary Turner. All of the above mentioned have passed away. I am the oldest daughter of Victor looking for more answers. Victor looked his whole life. I am looking to finish the search for him.
