She was adopted at Baptist Children's Home in Thomasville‚ NC by Minnie and Hampton B. Cousins. Her original name before the adoption we've heard was Janette. We have no name for the birth mother or father. My grandmother passed in 1997 and searched for any birth family until her passing.
