I am looking for my birth parents for the purpose of medical history for my knowledge and for my children. I was adopted 5 weeks after birth through a private adoption and really have no information to go on. I was adopted through the Children's Home Society in Greensboro‚ North Carolina. I still currently reside in Greensboro and I am hoping to be able to find some information where is pertains to health history.
