Looking for my half brother who was born April 3rd 1973 in NC to my mom who at the time was Sandra Kay West and the father was Joesph Howard ! I believe he was 8 months to a year old or so when gave up . At the time of his birth his name was Anthony Clay West . I have looked for him since I was 16 also my mother has looked for him forever please anyone with information get in touch ! My mother is getting older as she is now 65 and has some health issues and one of her life long dreams is to find her son my brother . PLEASE HELP
