My adoptive mother told me before she passed away that my birth mother attended college in north carolina possibly in chapel hill/ charlotte area. She also told me that my birth mother was dating my father. They both went home for spring break and during that time she found out she was pregnant.When she returned to college her intentions were to tell him that she was pregnant but before she could tell him he told her that during spring break he had gotten engaged. She decided not to tell him ,and to place me for adoption. I dont think my father ever knew of my birth. My adoptive mother gave me a picture of when i was around 1 year old. On the back was the name Felma Franklin.
