I was adopted at five weeks old‚ in 1984 from the children’s home society in eastern North Carolina. I am 38‚ a woman. And I really would just like to find the most basic information out for medical purposes because I’m a mom myself now and it’s almost infuriating trying to explain why I can’t fill out the family history when I go to take my kids for their yearly check up.
