He was born Kevin Dontae’ Sturgis in Charlotte‚ NC at Carolinas Medical Center to Lanonda Sturgis on April 4‚ 1990. The adoption was done by DSS/social services. The baby was sent to a foster family for 90days where they were able to adopt him after. It was supposed to be open‚ so the last time my mom got info on him he was around 1yr old. I was told by the social worker that was in charge of this case (Sally Gordon) that he would’ve been placed in Mecklenburg County‚ due to the need & keeping them close by.
