I am looking for my sister that I found out about just 1 year ago. In 1959, my mother delivered a baby girl at the Salvation Army Home for Unwed Mothers, Durham NC, that she gave up for adoption because she was 16, not married, and not employed. She named her Theresa Lynn Mayson. We are not sure if she went into foster care or was adopted at birth. Please contact me with any information! Our family is looking for her!!
