Mother’s name Dorothy (Dottie) Sherrill Brooks (Poole was married name after birth years later) her date of birth was 1/7/31 Father’s name is Hank (maybe Henry) Hogan They were not married. Baby was born at or near Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem‚ NC. She stayed in a maternity hospital or home of some sort. Referral to home was Dr. Little in Gibsonville‚ NC That’s about all I know. I’m not 100% sure birth year was 1969‚ but I think so. Somewhere around then in the fall I think. I entered the month and date above‚ but I don’t know that.
