Birth mom was 5’3 115 lbs, strawberry blonde hair and fair completed. Birth mother’s brother was 6’2 175 lbs, blue eyes, blonde hair. Birth mother indicated that her birth mother and grandfather both had cancer. Birth mother’s half sister had epilepsy. Birth mother suffered from migraines. Birth mother’s religious affiliation was Mormon. Birth father was 28 in 1986. 5’8 tall, 150 lbs, brown eyes, dark complexion. Worked for a trucking co.
