My mother‚ now deceased‚ Rhonda Kay Hudson. Was born in 1961 I’m not sure of the month or day. But I do know she was adopted Jan 18 1963 from an orphanage near Fort Brad NC (from what I’ve been told) and that she was called Baby Nell or Neil before the adoption took place. Mertin and Shirly Hudson adopted her and we supposedly told they had to leave state after the adoption went thru so they moved to California
