My daughter Alexis Liliana Morgan was placed in foster care through the Department of family services in Clinton North Carolina and was later adopted by a family. I’m not sure if the foster parents adopted her or if she was adopted by another family in North Carolina. She has 2 brothers that are very very eager to find her as well as myself. I have been looking for her since she was like. Year old. I am very sick and want to find her before I pass. Please help. She had very dark hair and skin. Her birth mother is Heather Lilly Morgan-Herrera and Alexis was born in Kilgore Texas on 12/26/2000. I don’t want to cause any harm. I’m just very very sick and want to leave this world with peace knowing that she is alive and doing good.
