I have a 17 boy I have had since he was 5, he had two other siblings that were half siblings, one he has been in contact with but the other we can not find. I am not the bialogical parent of either child. Joseph is the boy I have , he has had a pretty ruff life siblings that are much older then him. He has Autism spectrum disorder and some mental delays . He has not one bialogical siblings which all are half from both parents, he is hoping to find a half brother who was adopted out around the age of two, and would like to find him. I stand behind him on this search and want to.help.hom find Tony. I would appreciate it if he can get help finding him thanks
