My son was born at the Charlotte Memorial Hospital on Blythe Blvd. It was a closed adoption because I was told that would protect him. I was only 16‚ soon to be 17 years old. I was scared and so confused. I had no choice but to choose adoption. I have lived my whole life with a piece of my heart missing. My prayers‚ hopes and dreams have been that he was adopted by a wonderful family who has loved and adored him.
