We have found the birth records based on information of fathers name from other family members. The mother was using the last name of Hull at the time although she was still legally Baumgartner. Her maiden name was Mildred Mary Scheid. His father’s name was Milford Kenneth Gibbs and is listed on the birth record . She gave up her son named Michael James Gibbs within a year of his birth out of fear that her older two children may be taken from her by their father. Mildred did end up with her other children living with their father and remarried and went on to have 4 more boys, one of which is my husband Mark.
