My brother was born at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh‚ NC on 11-27-96. I was 14 when he was born to my mother Donna Rodgers (she died in 2017). We named him Kevin Michael but he was not going to keep that name. His adoption was planned while my mother was pregnant‚ through an adoption agency‚ and we did not meet his adoptive parents. We received pictures and letters for a few months but nothing after that. I have 2 baby pictures that the adoptove parents sent through the agengy‚ but nothing else. He is white and as of Aug 2025 he would be 28 years old.
