At 16 I gave birth to a Baby Boy with blonde hair. he was born 1/1/82 at Rowan Regional hospital in Salisbury NC. He was taken from me immediately as my parents forced me to give him up for adoption. Times were different back then. Greensboro NC Children’s home was contacted and assisted with the adoption. Since that time I have long for him and never stop thinking about him. The name on the birth certificate was "Baby Boy Condrey". Because I wanted to give the birth parents the privilege of giving him a name. I have always hoped that someday he would find me and I could tell him that he was given up because he WAS LOVED. I lived at home with a very abusive father. Although my parents forced me to give him up I did not argue as I did not want my child around my father. I wanted a better life for him.
