Ellen "Nellie" Barrett (married name Browne) was my maternal grandmother‚ and had been adopted by John and Annie Barrett in St. John's‚ NL. My Mom‚ Geraldine‚ has passed away and I'm not sure if I recall the name of her Mom's birth-mom correctly (Nora Tobin??) I am tracing my roots‚ and would love to be able to know who my Grandmother‚ Nellie‚ was born to back in 1902 before she was adopted. With sincere thanks - Jane
