We are searching for a baby born in 1944 or 1945 in or near Long Island, NY, and possibly Oswego, NY, to an unwed mother, Lorraine Bowen, who was 17 years old. We believe the baby had dark hair with a dark complexion. We don’t know for sure, but think it was a girl. Lorraine was sent from St. Paul to New York in 1944 to live with an uncle, named Bowen or Blage, until the baby was born. We would love to find this baby, who would now be 67.
