The name of my father who was adopted is Jay Andrew Dailey now deceased. His adopted parents were Jay Alburtus Dailey and Francis Dailey. He may have been a child of a family member who gave him up to my grandparents and it was possibly a closed adoption. The last name Philo may be relevant as the birth family and last name Francisco may be the birth father however I may be completely wrong. He was raised in Rochester NY but may have ties to the Syracuse area possibly Onondaga.
