My uncle was given up for adoption between 1968-1972 through the Catholic Social Services office in Reading or Allentown, PA. He was born Anthony Louis Bussiere January 24, 1964 in Augusta, Georgia to Rose Francis Menga Bussiere and Joseph Norman Bussiere, I have a copy of his original birth certificate found in my grandmother’s things. The "family story" is he was given up for adoption to a family friend unable to have their own children that lived in PA or NJ. His mother is recently deceased but he has 7 siblings that would very much like to meet him.
