I am searching for the woman who gave birth to a baby girl on July 4th 1947 at Ideal Hospital in Endicott, New York. The Dr that delivered her was Dr Soloman from Endicott. The baby was caucasian and grew up to have brown hair and brown eyes. She was given the name Sandra Lea Freeman by the birthmother. Her name was changed after the adoption. The birthmother’s name might have been Jean, although it was suggested her last name was not Freeman. While the birth occurred in New York, I am not sure about the adoption (it either occurred in New York or Kentucky). The baby girl was adopted and ended up living in Lexington, Kentucky, with her adopted family. I am trying learn about my ancestry but I cannot go any further until I figure out who the birth parents are. This is all the information I have at this time.
